3. Refund Policy

3.1 Courses and Educational Services

Refunds for courses are possible under the following conditions:

• If you notify us within 7 calendar days of enrollment that you wish to withdraw and have completed less than 20% of the course content.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
• Alternatively, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another course session or different course, subject to availability, by contacting us through the contact form.

Note: After completing more than 20% of the course content, refunds for that course are not available as substantial resources have been allocated.

3.2 Informational Products

Due to the digital nature of informational products, refunds are only available if the product is defective or not as described. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and may require evidence of the defect. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

3.3 Physical Materials

Physical materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned materials.

4. Service Usage and Limitations

Users agree to use CyberTopSkill services responsibly and not to engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the learning environment.
